Flavia Cheong, CFA

Flavia Cheong is an Investment Director on the Asian Equities Team, where, as well as sharing responsibility for company research, she oversees regional portfolio construction. Before joining Aberdeen in 1996, she was an economist with the Investment Company of the People’s Republic of China, and earlier with the Development Bank of Singapore. Daniel J. Close, CFA
Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager - Nuveen Investments

Dan manages a number of state-specific, tax-exempt portfolios, including the Georgia Municipal Bond, Kentucky Municipal Bond, Michigan Municipal Bond, North Carolina Municipal Bond, Ohio Municipal Bond and Tennessee Municipal Bond strategies and related institutional accounts. He also serves as portfolio manager for national closed-end funds and is the lead portfolio manager for the firm’s Taxable Municipal strategies. Dan began his career in the financial industry in 1998 and joined Nuveen Asset Management in 2000. Prior to his current position, he served as a research analyst covering the corporate-backed, energy, transportation and utility sectors. Before joining the firm, he worked as an analyst at Bank of America Securities specializing in originating and structuring asset-backed securities. Dan received a B.S. in business from Miami University in Ohio and an M.B.A. at the J. L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago.

Piers Currie
Group Head of Brand - Aberdeen Asset Management

Piers Currie is Aberdeen Asset Management’s Group Head of Brand. The group, founded in 1983, now operates in 23 countries around the globe. Aberdeen only focuses on the management of funds for third parties, both institutional and wholesale, through distinctive investment processes that value teamwork, due diligence, scepticism and first-hand research. Mr. Currie joined Aberdeen in 1995, originally as marketing director for investment trusts (UK-listed closed end funds) and became head of marketing globally in 2007. Previously, he worked as a marketing and communications consultant to a range of City-based investment houses. Before that, Mr. Currie worked in journalism, corporate communications and publishing. He graduated with a MA (Hon.) in English from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. He is based mainly in London.

Jon Diorio

Jon Diorio is a member of BlackRock’s Product Management and Development Group. Mr. Diorio is responsible for U.S. retail product management, development and strategy within Blackrock’s U.S. Wealth Advisory division. In addition, Mr. Diorio is responsible for overseeing BlackRock’s Closed-End Fund business. Prior to joining BlackRock, he held various roles at DWS Investments, the asset management arm of Deutsche Bank. Most recently, Mr. Diorio was a Director in DWS’s retail sales division. In previous roles, he was head of closed-end funds for DWS, along with a portfolio specialist for DWS’s alternative mutual funds. Mr. Diorio earned a BA degree in Finance from Loyola University and an MBA degree with a concentration in Finance and Economics from NYU, Stern School of Business. In addition, he earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation through the Investment Management Consultants Association in conjunction with the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has his series 6,63,7,and 24 licenses.
Alison DuPont
Senior Funds Marketing Manager-US  - Aberdeen Asset Management
Alison duPont is a senior funds manager responsible for creating and delivering marketing strategies for Aberdeen Asset Management’s U.S. closed-end fund complex. She is also responsible for the funds’ investor relations program. She joined the firm in 2011 as a marketing communications manager. Aberdeen Asset Management is a global leader in investments and a member of the FTSE 100 Index, one of the most widely used stock indices. Previously, Alison spent nearly 14 years at Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firm, Smith Barney, where she was responsible for marketing a variety of investment strategies. She holds a B.A. from the University of Delaware and a M.A. in communication studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Alison currently serves as secretary for Aberdeen Asset Management’s U.S. charitable foundation.

Grier Eliasek
President and Chief Operating Officer - President and Chief Operating Officer of Prospect Capital Corporation (PSEC)

Mr. Eliasek is President and Chief Operating Officer of Prospect Capital Corporation (PSEC) and a Managing Director of Prospect Capital Management (PCM) and Prospect Administration. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Prospect Capital Corporation. At Prospect Capital, Mr. Eliasek is responsible for leading the Prospect team of professionals in the origination and assessment of investments. Prior to Prospect Capital, Mr. Eliasek served as a Managing Director with Prospect Street Ventures, an investment management firm which, together with its predecessors, has invested in excess of $1.5 billion in senior loan, mezzanine, bridge loan, private equity, and venture capital structures through publicly
traded closed-end funds and private limited partnerships. Prior to joining Prospect, Mr. Eliasek served as a consultant with Bain & Company, a global strategy consulting firm, where he managed engagements for companies in several different industries. At Bain, Mr. Eliasek analyzed new lines of businesses, developed market strategies, revamped sales organizations, and improved operational performance.  Mr. Eliasek received his MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Eliasek received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with Highest Distinction from the University of Virginia, where he was a Jefferson Scholar and a Rodman Scholar.

Jonathan Isaac
Vice President, Director of Product Management-Eaton Vance

Jonathan G.G. Isaac is a Vice President of Eaton Vance Distributors, where he is Director of Product Management which includes oversight of all of Eaton Vance’s open –end, closed-end fund and SMA products, and the firm’s research and analytics team. In addition to being responsible for the product management team he is responsible for the company’s relationships with closed-end fund research analysts, specialist firms and all fund communications as well being involved in new product development.  Mr. Isaac joined Eaton Vance in 1994 and has held a variety of managerial positions in the firm’s Operations, Marketing and high-net-worth Investment Counsel groups. His involvement with closed-end fund products dates back to 2004 and has coincided with dramatic growth in the firm’s closed-end fund assets under management.  He is regularly quoted in financial publications on topics related to closed-end funds.  Mr. Isaac is a graduate of University College, London in his native United Kingdom.

Anne Kritzmire oversees strategic marketing and support, financial advisor and investor education, industry relations and comprehensive data services for Nuveen Investments’ family of closed-end funds and exchange-traded commodity products. She leads an integrated program of advisor and investor support activities, including the award-winning websites and, as well as advertising, educational initiatives, analyst relations and sales support. She has been quoted extensively in business media such as Barron’s, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and Investment News. She has also appeared on NBC, Bloomberg Television and Ms. Kritzmire joined Nuveen Investments in 1999 as vice president and director, client development, to develop the firm’s customer relationship management strategy across multiple product platforms and sales channels. Previously in her career, she held senior marketing positions with Abbott Laboratories and served in sales, engineering and consulting capacities with IBM Corporation. She received an MBA in marketing and finance with distinction from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS cum laude in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame. She is also a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute at Wharton, and is Series 3, 7, 24, 63, and 65 licensed.

Jonathan A. Morgan
