Prior to joining Aberdeen Asset Management in 2012, Karen served as Director of High Yield Strategies and Senior Portfolio Manager at Standish Mellon Asset Management responsible for managing US and global high yield portfolios. From 2000 to 2007, Karen led the high yield portfolio management team at NWD Investments Inc. She also spent 14 years at Wachovia Bank NA/Evergreen Investments and predecessor organizations where she served as a Senior Portfolio Manager on the Enhanced Yield Team. Karen earned a BS from The Pennsylvania State University and is a CFA® Charterholder.

Jon Diorio
Director - BlackRock
Jon Diorio is a member of
BlackRock’s Product Management and Development Group. Mr. Diorio is
responsible for U.S. retail product management, development and strategy
within Blackrock’s U.S. Wealth Advisory division. In addition, Mr.
Diorio is responsible for overseeing BlackRock’s Closed-End Fund
business. Prior to joining BlackRock, he held various roles at DWS
Investments, the asset management arm of Deutsche Bank. Most recently,
Mr. Diorio was a Director in DWS’s retail sales division. In previous
roles, he was head of closed-end funds for DWS, along with a portfolio
specialist for DWS’s alternative mutual funds. Mr. Diorio earned a BA
degree in Finance from Loyola University and an MBA degree with a
concentration in Finance and Economics from NYU, Stern School of
Business. In addition, he earned the Certified Investment Management
Analyst designation through the Investment Management Consultants
Association in conjunction with the Wharton School of the University of
Pennsylvania. He has his series 6,63,7,and 24 licenses.

Alison DuPont
Senior Funds Marketing Manager-US - Aberdeen Asset Management
Alison duPont is a senior funds manager responsible for creating and delivering marketing strategies for Aberdeen Asset Management’s U.S. closed-end fund complex. She is also responsible for the funds’ investor relations program. She joined the firm in 2011 as a marketing communications manager. Aberdeen Asset Management is a global leader in investments and a member of the FTSE 100 Index, one of the most widely used stock indices. Previously, Alison spent nearly 14 years at Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firm, Smith Barney, where she was responsible for marketing a variety of investment strategies. She holds a B.A. from the University of Delaware and a M.A. in communication studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Alison currently serves as secretary for Aberdeen Asset Management’s U.S. charitable foundation.

Steven M. Hlavin
Vice President, Portfolio Manager - Nuveen Asset Management
Steve manages a number of state-specific, tax-exempt portfolios, including the Kansas Municipal Bond, Louisiana Municipal Bond and Wisconsin Municipal Bond strategies as well as the Nuveen Enhanced Municipal Value Fund, a closed-end fund leveraged solely by the use of inverse floaters. In addition, Steve is responsible for the inverse floating rate program used by Nuveen Asset Management’s closed- and open-end funds. He is also a portfolio manager for the firm’s SPDR Nuveen Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and a member of the High Yield Portfolio Management Team. Steve began his career in the financial industry in 2003 when he joined Nuveen Asset Management. Prior to his current position at the firm, Steve worked as a senior analyst responsible for risk management and performance measurement processes. Steve earned a B.A. in finance and accounting and an M.B.A. in finance from Miami University. He has been a speaker at the Leveraging Performance Attribution Analysis for Fixed Income Investments Conference series and the Municipal Bond Buyers Conference. |

Anne Kritzmire oversees strategic
marketing and support, financial advisor and investor education,
industry relations and comprehensive data services for Nuveen

products. She leads an integrated program of advisor and investor
support activities, including the award-winning websites
www.CEFconnect.com and www.nuveen.com/cef, as well as advertising,
educational initiatives, analyst relations and sales support. She has
been quoted extensively in business media such as Barron’s, The Wall
Street Journal, Bloomberg, and Investment News. She has also appeared on
NBC, Bloomberg Television and Morningstar.com. Ms. Kritzmire joined
Nuveen Investments in 1999 as vice president and director, client
development, to develop the firm’s customer relationship management
strategy across multiple product platforms and sales channels.
Previously in her career, she held senior marketing positions with
Abbott Laboratories and served in sales, engineering and consulting
capacities with IBM Corporation. She received an MBA in marketing and
finance with distinction from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management
at Northwestern University and a BS cum laude in electrical engineering
from the University of Notre Dame. She is also a graduate of the
Securities Industry Institute at Wharton, and is Series 3, 7, 24, 63,
and 65 licensed.

Before joining Reprogenesis, Dr. Omstead was Senior Vice President, Research and Development at Cytotherapeutics, Inc a public biotech company that developed CNS therapies. Prior to entering the biotech industry, Dan was employed for fourteen years in the pharmaceutical industry at Ortho Pharmaceutical Corporation and at the R.W. Johnson Pharmaceutical Research Institute, both divisions of Johnson and Johnson and at Merck Sharpe and Dohme
Research Laboratories, a division Merck and Company, Inc. While at J&J, Dan participated in the development of Orthoclone OKT3™, Eprex™/Procrit™ and otherbiological products. While at Merck, he worked on the development of Recombivax™, Mefoxin™, Heartguard™ and other traditional drug products.
