HYF -0.88% (the "Fund") has set Friday, July 20, 2012, as the record date for determination of the shareholders entitled to vote at the Fund's annual meeting of shareholders, to be held on Thursday, September 20, 2012. The matter to be considered at the annual meeting is the election of one class of directors.
