The Closed-End Fund Association’s Closed-End Fund Forum was held in the New York/New Jersey area
on September 26 at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City. This one-day event has attracted hundreds of investors
and advisors in Dallas, Phoenix, Chicago and Atlanta over the last 3 years. It is designed to allow personal
interaction among leading closed-end fund managers, investment advisors, brokers and investors while
providing valuable information on closed-end fund investment trends and market outlooks.

The agenda included the industry's leading experts discussing investment strategies for closed-end
funds. Among the topics:

  • The impact of recent market fluctuations on closed-end funds
  • Discount trends
  • Investment opportunities within closed-end fund sectors
  • Achieving long-term goals using closed-end funds
  • A forward look at the last quarter of 2007

and presided over the event.
