Dallas, TX, September 26, 2008 -- Renaissance Capital Growth & Income Fund III, Inc. (AMEX: RCG), a specialty closed-end fund, announces that the Board of Directors on September 25, 2008, has approved a quarterly cash distribution of $0.10 per share. The distribution will be payable on October 22, 2008, to shareholders of record as of October 3, 2008.
The Fund was established in 1994 at $10.00 per share. Total distributions since inception, including cash and deemed dividends, is $19.19 per share.
